PALU, Bidang profesi dan pengamanan (Bidpropam) Polda Sulteng melaksanakan Rapat Kerja Teknis (Rakernis) tahun anggaran 2023, bertempat di Gedung Torabelo Polresta Palu Kamis (20/7/2023) pagi.
Rakernis dibuka langsung oleh Kapolda Sulteng Irjen Pol Dr. Agus Nugroho S.I.K., S.H., M.H dan di hadiri oleh Wakapolda Sulteng Brigjen Pol Soesono Noerhandoko, S.I.K, Irwasda serta Pejabat Utama Polda Sulteng.
Dalam sambutannya Kapolda mengatakan, Kapolri telah menetapkan visi organisasi Polri dengan tagline “Transformasi Menuju Polri yang Presisi.” Penjabaran roadmap program transformasi menuju Polri Presisi mencakup empat bidang kebijakan utama, yaitu Transformasi Organisasi, Transformasi Operasional, Transformasi Pelayanan Publik dan Transformasi Pengawasan.
Pada tahun ini, anggota Polri dihadapkan pada tantangan tugas yang semakin berat dan kompleks, terutama karena ada berbagai kegiatan yang menjadi agenda utama bangsa Indonesia di tahun 2023, ujarnya
Oleh karena itu kata Irjen Agus Nugroho, melalui pengawasan yang maksimal, diharapkan anggota Polri dapat melaksanakan tugasnya secara profesional, prosedural, proporsional, responsif, humanis, transparan, dan berkeadilan dalam mengawal dan mengamankan tahapan Pemilu 2024 serta agenda nasional dan internasional pada tahun 2023.
Bidpropam Polda Sulawesi Tengah bertindak sebagai pengemban fungsi pengawasan dan pengamanan internal yang memiliki moto “Garda Terdepan Penjaga Citra Polri dan Benteng Terakhir Pencari Keadilan.” tegasnya
Sebagai bagian dari fungsi tersebut, Agus Nugroho berpesan Bidpropam wajib untuk senantiasa mengimplementasikan program-program tersebut. Mereka harus menyusun perencanaan dan tindak lanjut yang nyata, selaras dengan program Revolusi Mental yang telah dicanangkan oleh Presiden RI, agar pelaksanaan di lapangan berhasil dan berdaya guna. .
Kapolda Sulteng juga berharap agar pelaksanaan Rakernis bisa dijadikan sarana untuk membina hubungan kerjasama dan sinergitas antara personel polri sebagai momentum yang dapat menghasilkan pemikiran konstruktif, terobosan kreatif, dan rumusan penting yang dapat dipahami, dimengerti dan dilaksanakan oleh anggota Polri pada tataran pelaksanaan di lapangan, pungkasnya
Rakernis Bidpropam Polda Sulteng digelar selama dua hari mengangkat tema “Propam Polri siap mengawal tahapan Pemilu tahun 2024, serta mengamankan agenda nasional dan internasional tahun 2023 dalam rangka mendukung peningkatan produktivitas untuk transformasi ekonomi yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan”
